Indigo Brass specializes in handmade brass and silver designs for metal based fashion accessories. We are excited to introduce a fresh style of truly unique and luxurious craftsmanship to the fashion world, featuring stunning and intricate chase work. The “Indigo” in Indigo Brassis based on the idea of Indigo children. The idea of being “one of few,” rarity, creativity, and a deep sense of mission.
Our mission
Our mission: relinking the old with the new. Reimagining the ornate fashion of the past in light of a modern interpretation of art. We put emphasis on quality and finer detail in a time when so much of what passes for art has become streamlined, artificially produced, and focused on mere functionality over aesthetic.
What we make
We make brass and silver accessories: belt buckles, finger rings, and bracelets. We can offer our accessories in gold and gold plated finishes on request. We work from high quality brass and silver, cast in the form you choose.
How the work is done
The detail of the design is then applied to the piece using a chisel and a hammer. We take pride in quality and traditional craftsmanship. The designs and textures you see on our products are carefully applied by hand, with traditional tools, not stamped out in bulk. When the design is complete, we adjust color and patina to match the finish you asked for.
